tips for images and photos

before taking your photo, set your camera to its highest quality setting.
jpeg files are generally better as the compression can save time uploading your image.
make sure there is plenty of lighting - preferably behind you as you take your picture.
make sure your picture is in focus.
please limit file sizes to under 1MB.
